Terms of Use

1. TodayOne

TodayOne is an iPhone-focused task, focus, and review tool. It helps you choose, protect, and reflect on one task.

2. Your use

• Use TodayOne lawfully and only on devices and Apple Accounts you are authorized to use.
• You are responsible for the tasks you choose, decisions you make, and any consequences of using device restrictions during focus.
• Strict focus depends on iOS system capabilities, permissions, device state, and Apple services. It may not be available or behave identically on every device or system version.

3. Purchases and trials

Where available, paid access is sold through Apple as subscriptions or a lifetime purchase. Product availability, local prices, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and purchase management are governed by Apple’s applicable terms and your Apple Account settings.

We do not process payments directly. A purchase does not create a TodayOne cloud account or cloud backup.

4. Local data

Your TodayOne records are stored only on your device. You are responsible for keeping access to your device. If you clear local data, delete the app, reset the device, or lose the device, those local records may not be recoverable.

5. Intellectual property

TodayOne, its software, artwork, and written content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the app under Apple’s standard EULA and these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

6. Changes and support

We may update the app, these Terms, or the website to improve the service, comply with law, or address security and compatibility. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Support is available at support@fangtangtech.com; we do not promise a particular response time or uninterrupted availability.

7. Governing rules

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the provider’s place of establishment, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
